This blend of pepper sauce was created for the heat enthusiast, the adventurer, the thrill seeker that isn’t afraid of sweat, tears or a runny nose! This recipe is the second hottest we’ve ever created, but it maintains a wonderful balance of suicidal heat and Meika’s famous flavour. Scotch Bonnet peppers are rated on the Scoville Scale at 400,000 SCU, so this sauce is not for the faint of heart and is not to be played with. Start cautiously. A hearty amount of garlic and spices cause an aromatic scent that makes your mouth water. This is highly recommended for use in sauces, dressings, meats, seafood, eggs, pizza, oils, charcuterie boards, etc….or simply on its own
Ingredients
Scotch bonnet peppers, vinegar, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, mustard, and selected spices. Love.
